Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days depending on your location within Mexico.

Free shipping on all orders over $999 MXN. No code needed — it applies automatically at checkout.

Expedited shipping: Available at checkout for orders requiring faster delivery.

Packaging

Every order is packed carefully by hand. Fragile items — ceramics, glass — receive extra protective wrapping. We use minimal packaging that is fully recyclable wherever possible.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer except in cases of damage or error on our part.

Damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and the packaging and send it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately, no questions asked.
